Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident buying from Raptview. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the things we actually sell: instant-download digital products, the done-for-you AI Visibility Deep-Scan, and monthly service engagements. Payments are processed by PayFast; refunds are issued by Raptview to your original payment method.
Instant digital downloads
Because downloadable products (the Playbook, the Kit) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
Done-for-you audit (Deep-Scan)
You can cancel the AI Visibility Deep-Scan for a full refund any time before we begin the work. Once the audit is underway it is non-refundable, but if the delivered report falls materially short of what was described, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund it.
Ongoing programs
Monthly programs (Visibility Sprint, Growth Program, Partner Program) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle, subject to any minimum term agreed at sign-up. Work already completed or in progress, and any third-party costs incurred, are non-refundable. Unstarted deliverables within a paid month may be credited or refunded at our discretion.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
How to request a refund
Email office@raptview.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via PayFast. — RAPTVIEW (Pty) Ltd
