These terms govern your use of Raptview and everything on it — the free AI Visibility Check, digital products, and our services. They form an agreement between you and RAPTVIEW (Pty) Ltd ("Raptview"). By using the site you agree to them.

Use of our tools

The AI Visibility Check produces a guidance score based on the answers you provide. It is informational, reflects your self-reported inputs, and does not guarantee any specific search, AI, or business outcome. You may not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site or its tools.

Products, services & payment

Paid digital products and services are described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by PayFast, our payment processor. Raptview Labs is the seller of record, issues your receipt, and is responsible for applicable taxes.

Delivery of digital products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically: immediately after payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address used at checkout. Links are valid for 7 days and can be reissued on request. Done-for-you services (e.g. the AI Visibility Deep-Scan) are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product, beginning when we have the information we need from you.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property & licence

All content, branding, tools and products on this site are the property of RAPTVIEW (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated. When you buy a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own brand(s). You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it.

Limitation of liability

Our tools, products and content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raptview is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, shown by the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: office@raptview.com.
