Localizing a global automobile brand for African buyers
The challenge
A global automotive brand needed to feel native to Nigeria — not like an import. Awareness was low and the brand read as foreign to the buyers it most wanted to win.
Our approach
We rebuilt the local narrative around aspiration and reliability, then carried it across an integrated launch — dealership experience, social, OOH and on-the-ground activations at major industry events.
The result
