Launching a 1,000-vehicle public transport network with Lagos State
The challenge
Lagos State's new e-hailing service had to earn public trust fast in a market wary of new mobility — with an identity both official and approachable, rolled out across a 1,000-vehicle fleet at launch.
Our approach
We ran the 360° launch with the Lagos State Government: a robust identity system applied across 1,000+ branded vehicles, driver uniforms, event assets, OOH and digital — coordinating vendors, installation and content, and engaging government stakeholders and press.
